How to cancel
Write to support@kidzoffice.appfrom the email address on the owner’s account, and give the centre’s name. That is all that is needed. We confirm by reply within 2 business days, and no further charge is made.
Only the owner can cancel a centre’s subscription. A staff or parent account cannot.
When it takes effect
Your Pro plan stays fully active until the end of the period you have already paid for — the month, quarter or year you chose. At the end of that period the centre moves to Starter. You are not charged again.
To be certain of stopping the next charge, write to us at least 2 business days before your next billing date. If a charge goes through after you asked to cancel, we refund it — see the refund policy.
What happens to your records
Nothing is deleted. Starter keeps the classroom running — Kidz, attendance, activities, meals, classes, incidents, observations and settings — for the owner’s account. The Pro features pause: staff other than the owner see a screen that names the owner, and the parent portal pauses with a neutral notice.
Subscribe again at any time and everything is exactly where you left it — every child, every record, every parent link.
The free trial
Every new centre gets 14 days of Pro at no charge, and no card is taken. The trial ends on its own; there is nothing to cancel. When it ends the centre moves to Starter, and nothing is deleted.
Additional staff accounts
Your next Pro charge reflects the number of staff accounts active at the time. Removing a staff account lowers the next charge; it does not refund the current period.
Closing the account entirely
To close a centre’s account and erase its records, write to support@kidzoffice.app. We confirm the request with the owner, keep only what the law requires the centre to keep, erase the rest, and tell you when it is done. A parent or staff member who wants their own account removed writes to the same address.
