What it is
A daycare runs on a hundred small records: who arrived, who ate, who napped, who bumped their head, who still owes fees. Most of it is written on paper, and paper does not survive a busy morning.
KidzOffice keeps those records in one place, on a phone, so that the person holding a child in one hand can still log what happened with the other.
What it does
- Attendance — sign children in and out, and track staff attendance separately.
- Daily activities and meals — log what a child did and ate, so parents get a real account of the day.
- Incidents — record what happened, when, and who was told.
- Children and classes — enrolment details, allergies, medical notes and emergency contacts, organised by class.
- Staff and parents — invite people, approve who joins, and set what each of them may do.
- Billing — issue invoices and take fee payments online.
- Messages, alerts and events — reach every parent at once, including an emergency alert that is never gated behind a paid plan.
- Reports and documents — the paperwork an inspection asks for, already assembled.
Parents see their own child
Parents get their own view: the day’s activities, incidents involving their child, upcoming events, and photos they have consented to. They see their child and nobody else’s.
Built for how the work actually happens
One hand, a cheap Android, patchy signal, a room full of toddlers. That is the design constraint, not a preference. Everything is reachable with a thumb, nothing waits on a desktop, and photos are only ever used where a parent has recorded consent.
Proudly South African. Built for the people raising the next generation.
